This happens when you exceed the maximum Deposit / Withdrawal amount of your bank. If this situation occurs, OlympTrade will send your withdrawal to electronic wallet. Unfortunately every payment system has such limitations on Deposit and Withdrawal, so you will also need to contact technical support of your electronic wallet.
Add new bank card
If you, for some reason lost access to your bank card, you will need to contact OlympTrade’s technical support and explain them your situation. Most importantly, don’t try to make a withdrawal on a card you don’t have access from. Financial specialist will help you to change method of fund withdrawal.
