Withdraw Funds From OlympTrade

To begin with, to make a withdrawal on OlympTrade broker you will need to open the menu which is located at the top left corner of the trading platform. After that, click on the ‘Withdraw’ button.

You will be redirected to the ‘Request for a withdrawal’ page. Here you will need to enter the amount you want to withdraw and press on the ‘Send a request’ button.

Where will I receive my money?

Your funds will be withdrawn to the same bank card or electronic wallet which you used to make a deposit. If your bank became inactive / blocked or the same happened with your electronic wallet, you will need to contact the 24/7 support and they will help you with the replacement of the card or electronic wallet.

Does OlympTrade needs any documents?

Above all, you only need to send your documents if broker will ask you to do so. You don’t need to send them in advance. This process is necessary to keep your funds in safe in the future. Why do I need to send an electronic wallet?

Sometimes olymptrade withdrawal to a bank card exceeds the amount of the deposit. In this case bank does not provide us with reasons of cancelling the request for a withdrawal. In this situation OlympTrade will contact you by E-mail or call you on your Telephone number to give detailed instructions.

I didn’t received my money during 5 days

This happens when you exceed the maximum Deposit / Withdrawal amount of your bank. If this situation occurs, OlympTrade will send your withdrawal to electronic wallet. Unfortunately every payment system has such limitations on Deposit and Withdrawal, so you will also need to contact technical support of your electronic wallet.

Add new bank card

If you, for some reason lost access to your bank card, you will need to contact OlympTrade’s technical support and explain them your situation. Most importantly, don’t try to make a withdrawal on a card you don’t have access from. Financial specialist will help you to change method of fund withdrawal. If you have made a request for a withdrawal on a card you don’t have access from, inform about that financial specialist as well.
